Data Transformer is available on annual billing only. This allows us to provide better pricing and ensure long-term support for your data integration needs.
What databases and data sources are supported?
Data Transformer supports PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch out of the box. Professional tier supports all major databases, and Enterprise customers can request custom data connectors for proprietary systems.
What happens if I exceed my data volume limit?
If you approach your data volume limit, we'll notify you in advance. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional capacity. Processing will continue but may be throttled if limits are significantly exceeded.
Can I process data in real-time?
Real-time streaming is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Starter plan supports batch processing with scheduled jobs.
How does error handling work?
All plans include error handling. Starter has basic logging, Professional includes advanced notifications and intelligent retry logic, and Enterprise offers custom error workflows and dead-letter queues.
Can I deploy Data Transformer on-premise?
On-premise deployment is available exclusively for Enterprise customers. Contact our sales team to discuss your deployment requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and wire transfers for Enterprise customers.
